BMW Motorrad has announced dates for the 2016 RR Experience, its annual event offering test rides as well as track day sessions.

During the RR Experience riders have the chance to ride a host of models from the BMW range in a closed-circuit environment.

Along with the S 1000 RR, riders will also have the opportunity to ride the S1000R, S1000XR, K1300S, R1200GS and R1200RS.

RR Experience staff will lead each session, while VIP guests including IOM TT racer Cameron Donald will circulate with customers to provide a very unique experience.

The RR Experience test ride is priced at $89 ($59 in QLD) for a 15-minute session. This includes product demos, VIP guest appearances, an event t-shirt and light refreshments.

For the RR Experience track days, all riders can enjoy their bikes at the track with the benefit of the expertise of BMW riding instructors. There are two groups to choose from – level 1 for first timers and less experienced riders or level 2 for more confident riders. Places are limited with only 35 spots in each group.

Priced at $245 for four 15-minute sessions ($195 in QLD), riders have the opportunity to take their own registered bike around the track for three sessions, with the added bonus of the final session being on a BMW RR or similar BMW model. In addition, riders will be provided with a garage space, product demonstrations, an event t-shirt and light refreshments.

The event is at Sydney Motorsport Park on 8-9 March, Phillip Island GP Circuit on 16 March and Queensland Raceway on 26 May. For more information head to www.bmwmotorrad.com.au/rrexperience.
