Ducati’s 1299 S Panigale Anniversario was unveiled in Italy at World Ducati Week last weekend and within hours of Ducati Australia was looking at 25 orders without price or availability announced.

The machine was created to mark 90 years of Ducati’s history and based around the 1299 Panigale S with a number of styling differences and up-spec technical features to make this 500 unit run truly unique.

“Racing and sportsbikes represent the heartbeat of Ducati – the reason why the 1299 S Panigale was chosen as the focal model for Ducatis 90th Anniversary,” said Andy Simpson, Ducati Australia’s sales and dealer development manager.

“Within 24 hours of this model being announced at World Ducati Week on Sunday over 25 customers had confirmed their position as one of the lucky 500 destined to own a special piece of Ducati history. The response has been an indication of how special this model and moment are, we fully anticipate all availability being reserved within days.”

If you are interested in purchasing one, you better be quick as the Australian allocation is limited and there’s already 25 people in the line ahead of you. Pricing and the number of machines allocated for Australia will be announced in the coming weeks. For more information on the new machine, or any of Ducati’s range, head to www.ducati.com.au.
