Crankt Protein Honda Racing’s Troy Herfoss will complete a series of demonstrations laps at this weekend’s Hidden Valley Raceway round of the Supercars championship.

Defending Yamaha Motor Finance Australian Superbike champion Herfoss will ride his race-spec CBR1000RR during the CrownBet Darwin Triple Crown, promoting round four of the ASBK.

“It’s an opportunity to promote the upcoming ASBK rounds in front of the motorsport fans, so hopefully we can have them wanting to come back and catch the bikes,” ASBK operations manager Simon Maas told CycleOnline.com.au.

“Troy Herfoss will be participating in a number of activations with Supercars drivers. He will be doing autograph sessions at the track and then on Saturday afternoon he will do laps on his race bike, as well as some VIP activities throughout the weekend.”

The ASBK series will return to Hidden Valley Raceway in the Northern Territory from 7-9 July, marking the championship’s first appearance in the Top End since 2013.
