Welcome to round one of the 2010 MotoOnline.com.au Australian Motocross Championship Tipping Competition, set to be held at Horsham in Victoria this weekend.

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

* We will be combining results of the Rockstar Energy MX Nationals Pro Open, Pro Lites and Under 19s categories to determine our overall tipping champion and round winners.

* You will have to name the OVERALL round positions for 1-5 positions in the Pro Open, Pro Lites and Under 19s classes each – with points being awarded for every correct rider tipped in their actual overall finishing position as follows:
1st – 5 points
2nd – 4 points
3rd – 3 points
4th – 2 points
5th – 1 point

If a rider that you tipped finishes in the top 5, but doesn’t finish in the position you tipped, you will be awarded 1 bonus point.

* For your entry to be eligible to enter the comps you must name the result you think your riders will score, followed by their full names and bike number to make it easier and more consistent when tallying results (see my tips below for example on format).

* All tips may be changed until closing time, which is 12.00am Australian Eastern Standard time on Sunday morning (ensure they are revised in your original post rather than posting another).

* Results will be posted on either Sunday night or Monday morning depending on event location and travel time during the series.
