Victorian company Motologic is seeking a full time retail manager for its specialised motorcycle workshop, which services all brands and models of on-road and off-road bikes.

The applicant should be extremely organised, highly motivated and have excellent interpersonal skills, with the role set to take place at the Campbelfield store.

Retail work currently carried out at Motologic:
• General Handbook servicing
• Fitting of performance parts
• Engine rebuilding
• Diagnosing engine and electrical problems
• Dyno tuning
• Suspension upgrades
• Honda and Ducati warranty work

The successful applicant would be responsible for the day to day management of the retail section of the business including customer bookings and consultations, parts ordering and control, dealing with customer needs, mechanical work and invoicing completed jobs.

Mechanical qualifications and a sound industry knowledge would be essential, good computer skills and a knowledge of the MYOB accounting program would be preferred, and some marketing experience would be an advantage.

Additionally, the retail manager will be involved in the planning and marketing of Motologic as the business continues to expand. As such the applicant will be allocated an annual marketing budget to utilise in consultation with Motologic management.
