Aussie Jason O'Halloran needs to win this weekend to boost his BSB Superstock 1000 title chances.

Australia’s Jason O’Halloran has his sights once again set on his first win of the season in the British Superstock 1000 Championship when it continues at Knockhill this weekend.

Following the previous round at Thruxton that was bought to an early end by a red flag after two thirds distance, O’Halloran is determined to finally reach his potential with a win come Sunday.

“I am looking forward to Knockhill and the break has been good,” O’Halloran said. “I have also got over the disappointment of Thruxton and not really getting the chance to move up the order.

“I feel good on the HM Plant Honda Fireblade and I know we can be up there fighting for the win. We just need to push a bit harder in qualifying so it makes it slightly easier when it comes to the race.

“We have been consistently in the points but now we need to really get that win.”

O’Halloran currently sits third in the championship, his best results coming at Brands Hatch Indy and Croft, where he scored second.
