Aussie World Supersport contender Broc Parkes has had another race he would rather forget this past weekend at Brno, Czech Republic.

In a moment that had to feel like Déjà vu for the Kawasaki pilot, a front wheel wash out saw Parkes on the ground and losing more valuable championship points.

“I lost the front end again. I have been struggling with feel from the front in the past two races and I do not know exactly why. I had no warnings in the corners and just fell by losing the front,” Parkes explained.

The DNF result is disappointing for the Australian, but Parkes remains positive, focusing on the fact that he still sits second in series points with more rounds left to redeem himself.

“I am very disappointed this time, more than at the last race. We had the pace last time but I just did not have the race pace at this round. It is not good to crash in the first few laps. But we are still second overall and have a lot of races left to run,” Parkes added.

Parkes is currently tied for second place in the World Supersport championship, trailing series leader Chaz Davies by 36 points.
