Honda extends its support of Victoria's Broadford Bike Bonanza until 2014

Following the success of the Honda Broadford Bike Bonanza (HBBB) over the past three years, Motorcycling Australia (MA) is pleased to announce that Honda will continue on as the official naming rights sponsor of the event until 2014.

Having been involved since the foundation of the HBBB in 2009, Honda has played an integral role in establishing and entrenching this iconic event as a mainstay on the Australian Motorcycle calendar.

Tony Hinton, General Manager, Honda Motorcycles is pleased to once again be involved with the event.

“The Honda Broadford Bike Bonanza has become a unique and important event in the motorcycling world and it is always great to see so many enthusiasts and fans at the track in Broadford over the Easter weekend,” Hinton said.

“Honda is excited to have been a part of such an event from its inception and looks forward to another three years of the partnership.”

MA CEO David White is thrilled to have Honda on board to deliver another three years of HBBB activity.

“I would like to thank Honda for their outstanding contribution over the past three years, and their commitment to preserving and celebrating the vibrant history of Motorcycling Sport,” White said.
“MA is looking forward to working with Honda over the next three years to deliver this important celebration to the Australian Motorcycle community.

“The HBBB has gone from strength to strength over the past three years, with rider and spectator numbers steadily increasing with each annual instalment.

“2012 looks set to be even bigger and better than ever before, with a full programme sure to deliver something for everyone.”

The 2012 HBBB will be staged over the Easter Weekend of 7-8 April and will once again be held at the State Motorcycle Complex at Broadford, Victoria.

The two-day historic motorcycling Bonanza will feature a unique programme of non-competitive riding spanning virtually every motorcycle discipline, including Speedway, Dirt Track, Trials, Motocross, Enduro and Road Racing.

The spectacular riding programme will be accompanied by a vibrant mix of off-track action featuring special guests, bike displays, swap meets, film screenings, rare motorcycles, and the much anticipated annual Gala Dinner.

Camping facilities will once again be on offer, and shuttle buses will be provided around the circuit and beyond.

Entry forms for the 2012 will be released shortly and made available on the 2012 HBBB website at www.ma.org.au/hbbb.
