Following the global launch of the 1199 Panigale at EICMA in Milan just one week ago, Ducati Australia has announced the very competitive pricing structure and premium specification level that’ll make this all-new game changing Ducati Superbike extremely attractive to so many Australian customers.

“Naturally we’re very excited to be able to offer our customers the all-new 1199 Panigale at the same price structure as the current 1198,” said Warren Lee, CEO, Ducati Australia.

“Then when it comes to power, weight and technology, the key benchmarks for any sports bike, the Panigale sets completely new and extreme benchmarks with +25hp, -10kgs and a suite of cutting-edge electronic performance, comfort and safety technology including Ride Modes, Power modes, RbW, ABS, DES, DTC, EBC, DQS and DDA+/GPS.

“Even more remarkable is that we’ll be offering the premium spec version of the Panigale with selectable ABS while again still keeping at the same price structure as the current 1198, making it not only an amazing performance package, but also financially extremely attractive and achievable.”

Australians will first be able to see the 1199 Panigale at the upcoming Sydney Motorcycle and Scooter Show on 25-27 November at Darling Harbour.

Availability is anticipated to be from April 2012.
