Dunlop brothers Michael and William Dunlop split Superbike wins at the North West 200 in Northern Ireland over the weekend.

BMW rider Michael Dunlop won the feature race ahead of Australia’s Josh Brookes and Alastair Seeley, while earlier in mixed conditions it was William Dunlop who won for Tyco Suzuki over Michael and Conor Cummins. Brookes was eighth.

Brookes became the new outright lap record of 122.958mph on the final lap of the race in what was only the Aussie BSB star’s third road race meeting.

The opening Supersport race was won by Seeley over Guy Martin and Brookes, before race two belonged to Padgett’s Honda rider Bruce Anstey from Cummins and Gary Johnson. Brookes was fourth in another strong performance.
