Australia to commence season in late February.
The FIM has released the provisional 2016 World Superbike Championship calendar, commencing at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit in Australia on 27-28 February.
From there the series will travel across the world over 14 rounds, eventually wrapping up under lights at Qatar’s Losail Circuit at the end of October.
World Supersport will travel to each round of the series aside from Laguna Seca in the US, while the Superstock 1000 category remains European-based for the season.
