Oz MX: MXTV's 2009 series to debut on Foxtel tonight

MXTV PR:

MXTV is preparing to make its highly-anticipated 2009 debut on Foxtel’s Aurora Channel 183 tonight at 8pm, with the first episode set to feature some spectacular action from around the country.

MXTV’s new host Lee Hogan was pumped about the return of the new series, and particularly the return of some of the MXTV viewers’ favourites including their enigmantic & mysterious character ‘The Fro’ – who tonight puts the new Kawasaki 250X through its paces in the first of bike tests for the year.

“The Fro was such a popular part of the show last year and we’re thrilled to have him back on board to carve up all the 2009 models,” Hogan said.

“To be honest, he’s been going a bit ‘stir-crazy’ in the off season without any bikes to thrash – so it’ll be fun checking out what he did when he climbed on the first of the new rides for ‘09.”

Tonight’s episode also contains a segment from Motorcycling Australia’s inaugural Honda Broadford Bike Bonanza held in April, highlights from the first round and preview of the Victorian Off Road Series; as well as gaining a unique insight into two of the biggest names in the Australian Enduro scene – Geoff Ballard and Glenn Hoffman.

To check out these and many more offerings from MXTV’s first episode of the 2009 Series, tune in to Aurora Channel 183 Foxtel/Austar tonight at 8pm.

For those not able to catch the first run episodes, the show will be repeated five times during the week at: Wednesday 8.30am and 4.30pm, Friday 9pm and Sunday 5.30am and 9am.

You can also watch all the new episodes during the year on the MXTV website, so be sure to check out www.mxtv.com.au. The site also has airing times, old episodes, product reviews and much more!
