Kawasaki's latest ZX-10R has received a massive overhaul for next year.

Kawasaki has released world first images of its 2011 model ZX-10R, the highly anticipated model breaking cover during track testing at Suzuka in Japan.

Test rider Hidemichi Takahashi completed testing today, development to be continued tomorrow by former World Superbike factory racer Akira Yanagawa.

The pictures mark the first official shots of the new ZX-10R, the shots of the racer giving us the first clues as to what the road going model will look like when its released for the new year.

Kawasaki’s fourth generation ZX-10R has undergone a complete overhaul for 2011, noticeably including a restyled fairing and exhaust. It’s expected the road-going version will be released with an all-new big-bang style engine that’s said to have around 190 horespower in standard trim, also receiving a brand new chassis to match.

Stay tuned as Kawasaki continues to release details in the coming weeks, with Aussie Chris Vermeulen expected to test the new model as soon as August.
