The Suzuki Racesafe Medical Team will be the official rider safety provider at this weekend’s Bel-Ray 6 Hour at Phillip Island in Victoria.

The 6 Hour’s second year sees the race at the world famous Phillip Island circuit where Suzuki Racesafe has made a name caring for riders.

“Suzuki Racesafe is thrilled to be a part of this exciting event,” Racesafe’s Simon Maas commented. “The rider line up is of national and international quality and we are pleased to provide our world class medical services which are well known to every rider.

“We will be also focusing on the Sports Medicine elements of this event and our Racesafe Doctors and Chief Physio Mark Backway will be on hand to provide assistance to the riders and teams throughout the event.”

Event organiser James Spence understands the invaluable experience Racesafe will be providing.

“We are really pleased to have Racesafe as our chosen medical providers,” Spence said. “Their record and experience is perfect for The 6 Hour race this weekend. Without Racesafe there would be no racing.”

Racesafe will be providing a number of specialised services across the race weekend including Doctors, Paramedics, Sport Medicine Team, Massage Service and Medical Chase Car.
