Celebrity chef Matt Moran shows off his new Ducati Diavel as an ambassador of the iconic Italian brand.

Matt Moran, celebrity chef and owner of ARIA restaurants excitedly took delivery of his Ducati Diavel late last week at his Sydney home.

“My first thought at seeing my Diavel was that it looked exquisite and the first ride was the most exhilarating I’ve ever had on a bike,” Moran said.

“The power was just immense and then to have ABS braking and traction control is just out of this world. Riding the Ducati Diavel is just sublime.”

Matt’s first bike was given to him at age five by his father and the celebrity chef has been riding ever since.

“Every boy who grows up with an interest in bikes dreams about being an ambassador for Ducati,” he added. “I believe them to be the best bikes in the world and it is such a privilege, and dream come true, becoming their ambassador.”

Equally as excited, Ducati is ready to see Matt out on the road, enjoying his Diavel.

“It’s with enormous pleasure that we welcome Matt as a Ducati ambassador,” said Warren Lee, CEO of Ducati Australia. “Matt has been a rider and Ducati owner for many years and his passion and achievements in many ways mirror those of Ducati with his uncompromising approach to quality, innovation and excellence.

“Food and motorcycling are certainly two of life’s great pleasures with Matt and Ducati at the forefront of them both.”

Matt found his passion for Ducati many years ago, his new Diavel has been lined up right next to his 1098 Superbike.
