Morris wins Supersport race two for round four overall at SMP

Aaron Morris dominated race two of the Australian Supersport Championship at Sydney Motorsport Park to clinch the overall round four victory.

Morris (Maxima Yamaha / Ohlins / Arrow / Pirelli / RK Bell / Alpinestars) broke away on the opening lap of 12 and was never headed, crossing the line a demanding 3.897s ahead of Aiden Wagner (YRD / XXX Rated Suspension / Wagner Soil Testing Yamaha).

Callum Spriggs (YRD / Allsite Concrete Cutting / XXX Rated Suspensions Yamaha) completed the podium in race two, leading a tight battle involving race one winner Daniel Falzon (Catterpillar EPSA / Yamaha) and Michael Blair (YRD / Blair Build / M & C Plant / Campbells Building Materials Yamaha).

Overall for the round it was Morris who claimed the win ahead of Falzon and Spriggs.

In the championship it’s Falzon who leads the way by 22 points ahead of Morris, with Chris Quinn now tied with him in third after finishing fifth today.
