In only 10 days, the roar of road bike engines will sound, and round three of the Australasian Superbike Series will fire up once again at Queensland Raceway, for another action packed weekend of racing come 28-29 June.

With round two at Mallala now a distant memory, eyes are firmly fixed on the next round of the Swann Superbike Series, and fans and supporters are more than ready to see the bikes back out on track again.

The next round of the Swann Series will showcase some of Australia’s most talented road racing stars such as Wayne Maxwell, Robbie Bugden, Mike Jones and many more, who are vying for the crown as the 2014 Superbike champion.

In addition to the chase for championship honors, the rivalry between the New South Wales and Queensland riders is set to heat up once again, in a revitalised and fresh new series.

Since the commencement of the series at Wakefield Park, both states have kept the underlying battle alive. Now with round three to be held at Queensland Raceway, the northerners finally have the chance to show NSW what they’re really made of.

For spectators who enjoyed the thrill of watching the racing at round two in South Australia, the next round in Queensland is sure to impress, with plenty to keep fans interested throughout the two big days at the track.

All the racing action will kick off at 9:00am on both the Saturday and Sunday, 28-29 June, meaning that spectators will get two full days of blood pumping, adrenalin packed, Aussie road racing action.
