Ducati has handed over the keys of the brand new 2015 Diavel Carbon Red to Ducati Australia ambassador, celebrity chef Matt Moran.

Having ridden the previous Diavel Carbon model for the last few years, the upgrade to the newest model was excitedly welcomed by Moran, who has been a Ducati ambassador for the past four years.

“Matt was very excited when we let him know he’d soon be riding the newest Diavel Carbon model.” said Warren Lee, CEO, Ducati Australia/NF Importers. “When first released in 2011 the Diavel delivered entirely new thinking for muscle bikes with its light weight, hi-technology, safety and incredible 0-100kph sub-three sec performance.

“With a number of significant refinements including styling elements, silkier power delivery and LED headlights, we’re sure Matt will continue to enjoy his Diavel experience!”

The intoxicating design, with innovative LED headlight, and refined rider comfort of the new Diavel may imply ‘cruiser’, but the brute force of its 162hp Testastretta engine and its razor sharp handling prove otherwise.

The Diavel Carbon exemplifies the distinctive style and sporty soul of the Diavel with high-quality, light-weight components. Clad with carbon fibre and Marchesini forged wheels, weight is reduced to just 205 kg, only further enhancing the performance and style of this extraordinary motorcycle.
