Rising star teams up with countryman Staring on ZX-10R.
Aiden Wagner will team up with fellow Australian Bryan Staring at Team Pedercini Racing Kawasaki in the Superstock 1000 FIM Cup this weekend when the series continues at Misano, Italy.
After two appearances in World Supersport with Kawasaki Intermoto Ponyexpres before its collapse, Wagner raced for Team Suzuki Europe at Portimao and finished in 14th position as replacement for Nigel Walraven.
Wagner will now join the experienced Pedercini Kawasaki outfit alongside Staring at Misano, making his debut on the popular ZX-10R again in the hard-fought STK1000 category.
“Looking forward to getting on board the Team Pedercini Racing Kawasaki ZX-10 this weekend at Misano alongside Bryan Staring,” Wagner confirmed via a post on the Aiden Wagner #41 Facebook Page. “Second race in the Superstock 1000 class, first time with the team. Going to make fast happen.”
It’s also been announced that Wagner has started a Twitter account for fans to follow his progress in Europe, @aidenwagner41.
