Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 Marc VDS’s Tito Rabat made his MotoGP debut in Aragon’s post-race Michelin tyre test on Monday, on board the Honda RC213V of team regular Scott Redding.

The team gave Rabat the opportunity to complete laps on the factory Honda MotoGP contender as a reward for winning the Moto2 World Championship for Marc VDS last year.

Rabat won Sunday’s Moto2 race at Aragon and he’s now tipped to take over from Pramac Ducati-bound Scott Redding in the premier class with Team Estrella Galicia 0,0 Marc VDS for 2016, potentially alongside Australia’s Jack Miller on a second entry as HRC seeks a team to place their contracted rookie for a second season.
