Yamaha has increased its range of motorcycles for 2016, headlined by the introduction of brand new MT-10 and MT-03 models at the EICMA show in Milan, Italy, overnight.

Yamaha unveiled the powerful new MT-10 flagship model, as well as the compact new MT-03, while the new XSR900 brings three-cylinder crossplane engine performance to the ‘faster sons’ market.

With its dynamic shapes, fluent motion and cutting edge technology, the completely new Yamaha booth at EICMA looks set to be one of the most popular destinations for show goers. Customers will be able to move seamlessly from segment to segment, where they can find the model that is ready to satisfy their desires and fulfill their dreams – on the street, track or dirt.

An outstanding new flagship model is ready to emerge from the dark side of Japan. Featuring the most sophisticated specification in its class, the MT-10 has arrived.

Driven by a 998cc crossplane engine that is tuned for strong and linear torque, the MT-10 is about to bring a new level of riding excitement and class leading performance to the 1000cc naked class. With its aggressive dual LED headlight face and dynamic mass-forward body design, the new MT-10’s bold and forceful looks leave no doubt about its potential.

In addition to the arrival of the all-new MT-10 flagship model and the MT-03, customers can also see the 2016 MT-09 and its variants that now come equipped with TCS. The ‘Ray of Darkness’ has radiated onto most of the MT models, and the dynamic new Night Fluo colour reinforces the strong and unique identity of the MT family.

After the launch of XSR700, the new XSR900 raised the bar of riding emotion and in celebration of the 60th Anniversary Sport Heritage models are being produced in Yamaha’s iconic yellow and black speedblock livery.
