Knobby Underwear partner with Elliott as major sponsor

Brayden Elliott Racing press release:

Tumut’s Brayden Elliott is continuing to build on his strong supporter base in the lead up to the beginning of his debut season in Australia’s premier road racing category by formally announcing that Knobby Underwear will be a major sponsor in 2016, increasing their support since initially partnering with Elliott last year.

Creating a firm base of commercial support early in his racing career is a priority for Brayden and he admits that working alongside a brand that is continuing to establish themselves in the Australian market, as he is within the national road racing scene is a perfect fit moving forward.

“I am very excited to announce Knobby Underwear as a major sponsor for the 2016 season. After forming a great partnership last season, I couldn’t be happier about working with the Knobby Underwear team for another year.

It is a great benefit to be teamed up with a company that has similar work ethic to continue growing and achieving the set goals we both have in place,” Elliott said.

In line with the new season and increased support from Knobby, Brayden and his team will launch a new look at the opening event at Phillip Island and is looking forward to the season ahead as a chance to gain further exposure and increased awareness for what is becoming known as one of the most comfortable underwear brands available on the market.

“Knobby has grown from strength to strength as it continues to produce the best underwear available. Bringing fresh ideas and an amazing online website with subscriptions, its great to be able to work together and continue moving forward as one.”

“To be displaying and promoting the Knobby Underwear logo is something that I am very proud of, also with a completely new design and colour scheme to match will give the team an exciting new look. I can’t wait to continue wearing the only underwear for athlete’s and riding in comfort throughout 2016,” Elliott added.

Knobby Underwear’s Rob Rand outlines that the partnership with Brayden Elliott is one well suited to the fast growing clothing brand and is excited to be strengthening the association from last year, identifying Elliott’s first year in Superbike as a prime opportunity to gain further exposure for the brand.

“As a fresh, Aussie company, KNOBBY is the perfect fit to be supporting the fresh, up and coming Aussie talent of Brayden Elliott. As the new kids on the block, KNOBBY and Brayden are a match made in underwear heaven.”

“After a stellar year rocking the KNOBBYs in 2015, we are thrilled to be stepping up our support for what we are sure will be an even bigger year for Brayden and the team. Providing support in all the right places on and off the track,” Rand said.

Round one of the 2016 Australian Superbike Championship takes place as part of the World Superbike Championship event at the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit, Victoria from February 26-28.
