Honda duo Tomoyoshi Koyama and Zaqhwan Zaidi have split wins in round two of the FIM Asia Road Racing Championship at the Chang International Circuit in Thailand over the weekend.

T.Pro Yuzy Honda NTS with WOW’s 33-year-old Japanese Koyama broke through for a first-career win in the ARRC on Saturday in the opening leg, before MUSASHi Boon Siew Honda’s Zaidi won the second.

Australian Anthony West (Akeno Speed WJR Yamaha) returned from a wrist injury sustained in the Assen round of World Supersport to go 5-10 in Thailand. He was hampered by motor problems during Sunday’s second affair.

The weekend turned out to be a strong one for Australian Broc Pearson in the Asia Dream Cup, bouncing back from a crash in the opening race on Saturday where he still finished 10th to finish third on Sunday. Countryman Corey Briffa went DNF-10 for the round.
