Retired MotoGP legend Casey Stoner will reportedly complete a two-day test with Ducati at Catalunya in Spain on 23-24 May, directly following the French grand prix.

According to top European website Crash.net, 31-year-old double world champion Stoner will ride alongside factory regulars Jorge Lorenzo and Andrea Dovizioso in Barcelona to assess the latest Desmosedici developments.

Despite retiring at the end of 2012, Stoner has been incredibly quick in minimal appearances with the official Ducati Test Team during 2017 to date, setting the fastest time of all on day one at Sepang, Malaysia, in January.
