The weekend’s QBE Insurance International Festival of Speed saw three-time world superbike champion Troy Bayliss take to Sydney Motorsport Park amongst a host of motorcycling royalties, pulling his 2001 title-winning Ducati 996 RS from the pool room to lay down a number of demonstration laps for the New South Wales fans.
