Turkish talent Toprak Razgatlioglu has re-signed with Kawasaki Puccetti Racing for the 2019 Superbike World Championship (WorldSBK), fresh from a breakout podium at Donington Park last weekend.

Razgatlioglu, 21, finished second in race two on Sunday, demonstrating his potential in the series’ premier category in what is his rookie WorldSBK campaign aboard the Ninja ZX-10RR.

“Since 2015 we have been making a lot of success together and recently I was able to make my first podium in WorldSBK at Donington,” Razgatlioglu said. “The package is one of the best available and race after race we are making progress together.

“Knowing that I will be able to keep growing with this team next season is a motivation for me to do my best always. I will work hard to get as soon as possible more important results for me and for everyone that believes in me!”

After six rounds in the current season, Razgatlioglu sits eighth in the championship standings as the best rookie to date.
