KTM-mounted Seth Crump has broken through for his first win in the Australian Supersport 300 Championship at Hidden Valley, taking both of the Sunday races by the slimmest of margins.

Race two this morning was won by Crump, just 0.097s ahead of Zac Levy (Yamaha) and yesterday’s winner Tom Bramich (Yamaha) – the three of them engaged in a race to the line – as Simpson was just behind in fourth.

The third and final encounter of the round this afternoon was yet another thriller, as Crump proved his race one win was no fluke, this time crossing the line only 0.053s ahead of Bramich and Levy – the top seven finishing within a second.

Overall for the weekend it was Crump who stood atop the podium, with second going to Bramich and Levy in third. Bramich extended his lead in the series, currently leading Levy and Harry Khouri (Yamaha), who was fifth overall today.
