British ace assists Yamaha Factory Racing to fourth-consecutive Suzuka 8 Hours victory.
Yamaha Factory Racing’s entry in the Suzuka 8 Hours saw the squad emerge as victors for the fourth year running at the prestigious Japanese event, with WorldSBK regular Alex Lowes taking the honour of crossing the line first in the final eighth hour. It was heroic effort from team members Lowes and Michael van der Mark, who had to increase their workload as local favourite Katsuyuki Nakasuga was forced to the sidelines with a shoulder injury sustained in practice.
