Suzuki Motorcycles Australia has released its popular DR-Z400SM model in two fresh colourways for 2019, which are now available at Suzuki dealerships across the country.

Both options utilise complete white bodywork, while the red livery boasts gold rims as the blue offering features blue rims to compliment the graphics package.

A street and LAMS-legal bike for dirt bike enthusiasts on pavement roads, the DRZ-400SM is powered by a 398cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke engine that provides strong low-rpm torque and crisp throttle response for any occasion.

Inverted 49mm Showa front forks derived from the RM-Z motocross series make for extra-smooth action, with compression damping featuring 21 clicks of adjustment plus 19 clicks of adjustment on rebound.

The progressive linkage rear shock absorber features fully adjustable spring preload, boasting 20 clicks of compression and 19 clicks of rebound damping adjustability. The stylish tapered aluminium-alloy swingarm also ensures precise rear wheel control.

A massive 310mm floating type front disc brake is the same size as used on GSX-R sports bikes, combined with a 240mm rear disc brake to provide serious stopping power.

The 2019 Suzuki DR-Z400SM is available now for a recommended retail price of $9,990 ride away with 12 months registration and is backed by Suzuki’s 12-month, unlimited kilometre warranty. For more information, visit www.suzukimotorcycles.com.au.
