The MY19 iteration of Suzuki’s performance cruiser, the dark and muscular Boulevard M109R is now available in Australian dealerships in two new menacing colour schemes.

The imposing look is completed by a host of parts from the standard M109R transformed from chrome to black, including rear-view mirrors, drag-style handlebars and switches, clutch and brake levers, tank, clutch, magneto, side and cylinder head covers, brake calipers, side stand and the slash-cut mufflers. The Black Edition also features clear indicator and tail light lenses.

One element that cannot be darkened is the unparalleled performance delivered by its 109 cubic inch, 54-degree, V-twin, liquid-cooled engine producing 92kW @ 6,200rpm and a staggering 160Nm of arm-stretching torque.

The big V-twin also produces a throaty, aggressive exhaust note that identifies the M109R as a power cruiser beyond compare.

The M109R features an advanced chassis built to handle all the power and torque available whilst delivering an agile and comfortable ride.

The massive 240mm low-profile radial rear tyre means business and is the largest ever tyre used on a Suzuki motorcycle.

GSX-R derived radial-mounted calipers matched with 310mm twin floating discs means braking duties isn’t an afterthought and ensures this power cruiser can stop as well as it goes.

The 2019 Suzuki Boulevard M109R Black Edition is available for a special offer price of $18,990 under the “High Style, High Performance” campaign and is backed by Suzuki’s two-year unlimited-kilometre warranty.
