Detailed: 2022 Husqvarna Norden 901

Highly-anticipated multi-terrain model packed with latest technology.

Dynamic and versatile, the 2022 Husqvarna Norden 901 is built to cover long distances across challenging and diverse landscapes, newly-introduced to the market amongst much excitement.

Bringing a tough, yet lightweight approach to the mid-class adventure sector, the Norden 901 boasts a smooth and torquey 899cc, 105hp parallel-twin engine with balancer shafts that minimise vibration.

Housing the Norden 901’s engine is a lightweight steel trellis frame, ready to transport the rider, passenger and luggage across any terrain, assisted by adjustable WP Apex suspension provides that exceptional comfort both on the street and off-road.

Large diameter 21-inch front and 18-inch rear tubeless spoked wheels that roll easily over obstacles on the trail are equipped to the Norden 901, with Pirelli Scorpion STR tyres fitted for peak performance both off and on-road.

The 2022 Norden 901 boasts a braking system that is supported by switchable Bosch cornering ABS, with street and on-road modes. Further electronics to assist include Husqvarna Motorcycles’ lean-angle sensitive Cornering Motorcycle Traction Control (MTC).

With the latest technology to help enhance the comfort of the ride, the Norden 901 offers three selectable ride modes as standard (street, rain, off-road) and an optional explorer mode to handle a wide variety of the rider’s demands.

An easy shift function enables clutchless both ways through the six-speed gearbox, while a Power Assist Slipper Clutch (PASC) maintains rear wheel composure.

Providing added practicality, the 2022 Norden 901 features a 19-litre fuel tank, providing an extended range of up to 400km, while an optional connectivity unit provides turn by turn navigation, telephone call reception and music selection functionality from the rider’s smartphone.
