DesmoSport Ducati has announced a rare opportunity that will enable a small selection of experienced riders the chance to sample Bryan Staring’s current Mi-Bike Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK) race bike at Sydney Motorsport Park.

An exclusive Ducati track day is scheduled for 13 May under lights and will offer a premium experience, complete with riding tips, suspension advice, two-up rides, as well as insights into DesmoSport’s Panigale V4 R.

“The guys have opened up a time in the Ducati Track Day schedule to let two Ducati owners at the track day ride our Panigale V4 R,” DesmoSport Ducati co-owner Troy Bayliss explained.

“Ben [Henry] and I had a chat and we agreed that the bike will be exactly as it comes off the track at Wakefield – full power and the electronic support set exactly as Bryan races it with.”

“We want whoever chooses to take up the opportunity to experience what the DesmoSport Ducati Panigale V4 R race bike is really like to ride. It’s definitely going to be an experience they won’t forget anytime soon.”

Entries for the Ducati Track Day are $279 each, with the opportunity to ride Staring’s race bike coming at an additional $750.
