The new-look entry of Jack Miller with Red Bull KTM Factory Racing has been unveiled for 2023, with the Australian to spearhead the brand’s MotoGP effort alongside Brad Binder while Dani Pedrosa has been confirmed as a wildcard with the outfit at Jerez.

Miller, 28, makes the switch to orange after five seasons spent with Ducati and will have the opportunity in the upcoming season to become the first rider in the current field to achieve premier-class victories with three manufacturers.

“Good feelings!” Miller explained. “I’ve been thinking about this moment for quite a long time. Finally getting to see the 2023 colours, myself in the suit and all the preparation for the season ahead. It’s amazing to be back here at KTM and to be catching up with everybody; it’s a special little taste before we get down to action in Malaysia.”

Notably, Miller will also switch back to Alpinestars leathers for 2023 and will wear an Alpinestars helmet as opposed to AGV used in recent years. Meanwhile, teammate Binder approaches his fourth season onboard the RC 16 and was the brand’s highest-ranked rider in the championship standings last year, finishing P6.

Adding to what is set to be a big year for Red Bull KTM Factory Racing in the premier class, MotoGP legend and KTM test rider Dani Pedrosa has confirmed that he will wildcard with the team at Jerez.

“It’s fantastic news that Dani wants to refresh himself with MotoGP this season and Jerez makes good sense as it’s a popular place for us to test and, also, he knows the place very well,” Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team manager Francesco Guidotti said. “It will be an ideal opportunity for him to get more information for the future development of our race bike and we look forward to having him with us in the pitbox.”
