Pirelli has outlined its contingency program for privateers competing in the 2023 Mi-Bike Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK), with product and cash prizes extending across the Superbike, Supersport and Supersport 300 classes.

Under the program, the highest-ranking privateers will win prizes within each round. Importantly a rider does not have to feature in the outright podium, but rather be ranked as a top three Pirelli privateer in their respective class.

To be eligible, a privateer mustn’t be a paid factory or private team rider, they own the bike they race or have a distributor plan, they do not receive any distributor sponsorship, and they pay for their own racing consumables.

Additionally, Pirelli tyres must be used to be eligible for round prizes and the Pirelli logo must be shown on the bike’s front guard/fork legs and worn on the rider’s leathers.

Overall series prizes are also on offer for each of the three categories, with Pirelli tyres required to be used for the entire season to be eligible. To register and view the complete contingency rundown, offering and value, visit www.linkint.com.au.
