It was a solid outing for Yamaha Racing Team’s Mike Jones at Hidden Valley for round four of the 2023 Mi-Bike Australian Superbike Championship (ASBK), taking third overall and banking important championship points in Darwin. Unfortunately for teammate Cru Halliday, a crash in the final race resulted in a DNF, ending his round prematurely after showing great progress throughout the weekend’s races.
