Missed opening two rounds after undergoing surgery on spinal injury.
Australian talent Jacob Roulstone has revealed he will be back on track for Circuit of the America, round three of the Moto3 World Championship in Austin this weekend.
The 20-year-old Red Bull KTM Tech3 prospect was injured late in the pre-season and underwent surgery on a fracture of his C3 vertebra.
That was in January and, while Roulstone was ruled out of Thailand and Argentina to commence 2025, he has managed to make it back in time for COTA and the Grand Prix of the Americas this weekend.
It was initially suspected that Roulstone would miss up to three rounds, instead returning for Qatar mid-next month, but he’s managed to fast-track his recovery to join countryman Joel Kelso on the Moto3 grid for the first time this season.
Roulstone finished 15th in his first full Moto3 World Championship campaign last year, claiming a season-best result of eighth at COTA, which he went on to match on two more occasions in both visits to Catalunya.
