West inks new Moto2 deal for 2013 season with QMMF Racing

Queenslander Anthony West has renewed his contract with the QMMF Racing Team.

Queenslander Anthony West will be back on the Moto2 grid in 2013.

Queenslander Anthony West has renewed his contract with the QMMF Racing Team for another season in Moto2 World Championship category.

It will be the second season that the Aussie rider is one of the riders in the Qatari team in the MotoGP World Championship.

Mr. Nasser Khalifa Al Attiya and West signed the agreement over the weekend after the second round of the Qatar International Road Racing Championship, where West won the two races ahead of Bradley Smith and countryman Alex Cudlin.

After a great end in the last season in Moto2 with two podiums, one in Malaysia and another in Australia, West believes that this season will be a great success for QMMF Racing Team. He feels very good being part of this team and hopes to bring more success and be in the podium more races.

Mr. Nasser Khalifa Al Attiya stated that he is very happy with the performance of the Australian rider and he believes that this coming season that will start on 7 April at Losail International Circuit will be a great season for all the QMMF Racing Team.
