KBC's VR-2R in the Karma Black and Red colourway.

KBC has released a new road/race helmet, the VR-2R.

The helmet comes in sizes XS-XXL, and is available in the special Atomic graphic in Blue, Red or Silver ($359.00); Karma graphic in Blue, Red or Silver ($399.00); Alien graphic in Red or Silver ($399.00); Stealth graphic ($399.00) or solid colours ($329.00).

Features
• Designed for aerodynamic airflow and stability at high speeds, the VR-2R platform features reduced shell dimensions and overall size.

• The eye aperture, strap positions and shell ergonomics have been fine tuned to provide increased peripheral vision, improved head manoeuvrability, reduced neck strain and dampened wind noise.

• Tri Comp shell constructed using an advanced vacuum lamination system, resulting in a lightweight helmet.

• Dual Intake Ventilation System (DiVS) efficiently draws, circulates, vents and controls airflow providing ultimate comfort.

• Quick Release Visor Plus (QRV+) is optically correct, scratch resistant, anti-fog treated shield utilizes a tool- less removal system and seals securely when closed to the helmet’s rib system.

• ULTRALUX – removable, washable comfort liner.

• Retention System is the proven ‘Double D ring’ chin strap.

• Meets or exceeds SNELL, DOT, and Australian AS/NZS1698 standards.
