Honda's brand new Crossrunner is due to arrive in Australia mid-July.

A rugged adventure bike with added excitement and flexibility; meet Honda’s all-new Crossrunner.

Due to reach Australian shores and be in Honda dealerships in mid July, Honda’s exciting new entry into the adventure-touring category will provide a thrilling riding experience for all types of riders.

Honda’s Crossrunner is powered by a liquid-cooled 782cc, four-cam, V4 engine with VTEC that delivers a smooth curve of power with excellent torque throughout the rev range.

This provides the rider a precisely controlled experience, for short trips or long distances alike.

The rider’s level of control is further enhanced by the wider than normal handlebar configuration, responding accurately yet quickly to small steering inputs, whilst its aluminium alloy twin-spar frame provides excellent rigidity.

A 43mm cartridge-type front fork provides supreme front wheel control and excellent rider feedback.

Cast aluminium Pro-Arm swingarm, Pro-Link rising-rate linkage system and gas-charged HMAS damper with adjustable rebound combine for comfort and precise control.

The Crossrunner has been designed to maximise both rider and pillion comfort. A low-slung 4-2-1 exhaust system allows a low passenger seat for easy mounting and positions the pillion at a similar level to the rider resulting in enhanced ride feel and better wind protection.

It is attractive in design, allows excellent cornering clearance and has that distinctive V4 engine note.

Perfect for journeys into new terrain the Crossrunner adapts to different styles of riding as well as to all types of conditions.

For enhanced useability the Panniers and Top Box Kit allow ample storage space while the Mainstand will permit parking on the roughest terrain and the High Windscreen will offer wind protection for longer rides.

It’s a Honda and safety is ensured thanks to the Crossrunner’s high-performing Combined brakes with standard ABS creating powerful, assured braking with optimal control and feedback.

A ‘floating’ instrument binnacle is positioned for maximum visibility at all times and includes a digital LCD speedometer, a tachometer, twin trip meters, a coolant temperature gauge, an ambient temperature indicator and a clock.

Available in two colour variants; Graphite Black/Matt Moonstone Silver Metallic and Candy Blazing Red/Matt Moonstone Silver Metallic, the Crossrunner retails competitively at $14,990.
