Link International is pleased to announce the availability of new sizes and compounds of Pirelli Racing tyres in Australia from September 2011.

Diablo Superbike SC (NHS) 200/60R-17
Australian road racers can now ride on a Pirelli Diablo Superbike Slick tyre in the new 200/60R-17 NHS size. Available in three different compounds and developed as a direct result of the World Superbike Championship and British Superbike Championship, the new 200 section tyre sees a further evolution in overall performance and versatility of Pirelli racing tyres. The new tyre is wider and with a higher profile for optimal grip and handling, with a larger footprint at all lean angles. Pirelli’s new Special Compounds (SC) have now increased durability, so you can race on a softer compound than before and for longer races. The SC1 in particular now works over a broader temperature range and on a broader range of track surfaces. The new compounds have been developed for increased grip, stability and feedback but also greater versatility. The new 200/60R-17 Diablo Superbike features a new stiffer carcass developed in World Superbike. New Zero steel belt construction with higher end count is also used. Compounds in SC0, SC1 and SC2.

Diablo Supercorsa SC (DOT) 180/60R-17
The new Diablo Supercorsa 180/60R-17 has been developed for 600cc Motorcycles and 5.5” rims. This DOT racing tyre is used and developed in the World Supersport Championship. It is both wider and has a higher profile than the 180/55R-17 Diablo Supercorsa. Big changes have been made in the life of the tyre and its consistency over many laps. New Ultra High Grip compounds have been developed along with a new stiff and stable carcass in the 180/60R-17. Three compounds are available. SC0, SC1 and SC2.

Diablo Supercorsa SC (DOT) 200/55R-17
The answer to the needs of the Modern Superstock 1000cc bikes, the new 200/55R-17 Diablo Supercorsa SC is designed for 6.00” Rims and 1000cc motorcycles. Designed for long lasting, consistently fast lap times, this new tyre is more versatile and offer higher grip levels, durability, is more versatile (particularly SC1) and has improved handling and feedback over the 190/55R-17. This new tyre is also available in SC0, SC1 and SC2 compounds.

Diablo Superbike (NHS) 200/60R17 – SC0, SC1, SC2
Diablo Supercorsa SC (DOT) 180/60R-17 – SC0, SC1, SC2
Diablo Supercorsa SC (DOT) 200/55R-17 – SC0, SC1, SC2
